Delivery Information:

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only. Delivery times are estimated and include WORKING DAYS only, not weekends or bank holidays. We are unable to stipulate to a timed delivery for any order, which can be from 7.30am to 6pm.


Standard UK Delivery:  Applies to all UK addresses

• NEW:  Free UK standard delivery on orders over £10.00 in value.
• Standard UK delivery on all orders is £2.25. Delivery can take 7 days.
• Orders will be dispatched via standard 2nd Class post.

Express Delivery:  Applies to all UK addresses:

3 Days: £4.50 (Monday to Friday). We use Royal Mail Tracked.

Next Day:  Applies to UK mainland addresses, lower than Edinburgh.  Does NOT include NI, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or any other Island within the UK

Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed Monday to Thursday by no later than 12.00pm from receipt of payment.

If payment is made after 12pm, then the delivery will be a day later, ie order made after 12pm on a Monday, delivery will be Wednesday and so forth. 

If your order is placed beyond 12.00pm on a Thursday or all day on Friday, it will be delivered the following Monday (if not a bank holiday). Delivery can be any time between 8am and 7pm and we are unable to give any further advice. All efforts will be made to deliver your order by the courier, but may obviously be delayed by unforeseen circumstances.

If an order is refused by the customer, the cost of postage back to ourselves will be bourn by the customer, and will be taken out of the refund amount - £5.95.

Next Day items are usually, but not wholly, delivered by FedEx. Please visit the FedEx website to use FedEx tracking if this service has been advised.


Next Day Delivery is UNAVAILABLE in the following areas:

• TWO DAYS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSTCODES: AB31 - AB3, AB9, AB22 - 23, AB30, DD1 TO DD5, DD7 - DD11, KY13, PH2, PH11 TO PH14. Postage costs are the same as UK Mainland.
• TWO DAYS: The following postcodes do NOT come under UK Mainland and therefore you must choose UK Scottish Highlands: AB31 - AB38, AB41, AB43-45, AB51-56, FK10-21, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40-49, IV51-56, IV63, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW1-3, KW5-17, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH1, PH5-26, PH10, PH15-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3.
• TWO DAYS: Northern Ireland using the Northern Ireland postage option.

We reserve the right to use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service for anyone living in the above areas but who does not choose the correct postage. We will not send Special Delivery or via Courier if a packet is over 5kg in these circumstances. Please ring for clarification if you are unsure of these options.

We ask for a goods required by date. If you are needing your items within 8 days, we strongly recommend that you opt for our express service. We cannot be bound by this date and if your goods arrive later than anticipated, the refund policy will apply.

The single most important feature of your delivery address is the correct postcode. All postal delivery companies use the postcode to send the parcel. If your item has the incorrect postcode, however small the mistake, it will have a severe impact on the time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that buyers make with regard to addresses.


International Deliveries

At this time we DO NOT deliver internationally.


Returns & Refunds

In order for us to process any returned items, the below conditions MUST be adhered to.

• Please email us for a returns number. Please do not telephone, as you will need to provide an email as evidence of a return number.
• We operate a strict returns policy that items need to be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving, with a 14 day maximum limit.
• Return of goods will be at the buyer's own expense and no postage will be refunded.  This is in line with the Distance Selling Regulations.  It also
  includes any postage paid as it is treated as an optional extra which means there will be no refund.  Excludes any items under our £10.00 postage
  but all the order which comes under £10.00 must be returned in tact to receive your postage costs back.
• Goods must be in their original state, original packaging, unused and unworn.
• Any items returned that are not suitable for resale will be refused and returned to buyer without a refund.
• Refunds will be made by the method of original payment with the exception of bank transfer or postal order. In these cases a cheque will be sent.
• All refunds will be made within the 30 day limit.

Damaged Goods

All damages/shortages must be reported to us via our contact page within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Any later than this we cannot arrange a return/refund or redelivery. If an item is damaged, once received back at our store we will refund postage costs. Please ensure you have evidence that your item has been returned, preferably via recorded delivery which can be verified by online tracking.
