UK Second Class Delivery - Our standard delivery charge (£2.99)
UK First Class Delivery - Slightly quicker than the standard delivery (4.25)
UK Next Day Delivery - Monday to Thursday, orders must be placed before 12pm UK time (£8.95)
UK Next Day Friday/Saturday Delivery - If you need your order for the weekend (£14.00)

Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed Monday to Thursday by no later than 12.00pm from receipt of payment. If your order is placed beyond 12.00pm on a Thursday or all day on Friday, it will be delivered on the following Monday (if not a bank holiday). If you require a Saturday delivery please contact us before payment is made as this can be arranged at extra cost. No dispatches will take place on a bank or public holiday and goods cannot be received on those days. Couriers will do their best to ensure delivery anytime between 8am and 7pm excluding any unforeseen delays. A signature will be required and if there is no-one to sign, a calling card will be left which needs to be responded to within 48 hours. You can rearrange a delivery or pick the order up from the depot. It is the customers responsibility to contact the delivery company and rearrange the delivery and The Horror Party Shop accept no liability for failed deliveries if the customer is not available. No postage refund will be made for failed deliveries in such circumstances.
Returning Items
A full refund is available if goods are returned within 7 working days, unused and in exact packing.
We only refund once goods are received back to our office in good condition, therefore you will need to use a trackable service for this. Proof of Posting is NOT a trackable method. Return cost of postage to be paid by customer.
Shortages, damages, or incorrect goods should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Any shortages or damages NOT reported within 48 hours of receipt, will not be rectified.
Refunds will only be given if goods have arrived damaged and need to be returned to us before refund is given.
Payment Processing
We'd like to assure you that shopping with us is 100% safe and secure. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments by PayPal and NoChex. Your payment is processed by the secure server at PayPal or NoChex should you choose this option, and we won't ever see your card details.
Credit and debit card payments can also be made through SagePay's secure server. Please ensure the exact name and address which appear on your credit or bank card statement are used, otherwise your payment will fail due to the high security controls in use. Also make sure your telephone number does not have too many digits and your email address is up-to-date as this can also interfere with a successful result. You may choose a different delivery address.
