The Horror Party Shop is a trading name of Party Kiosk Ltd. Our registered office is 181 Church Green Road, Fishtoft, Boston, PE21 0RN. Our trading address is The Old Corn Dryer, Girl's School Lane, Butterwick, Boston PE22 0HZ and all correspondence should be sent to the trading address only.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT. Minimum order spend is £3.50
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if there has been a typographical error of any kind in relation to description, quantity or price quoted, or where goods are not able to be supplied on time. We also reserve the right to cancel any order from countries where we do not ship to, where incorrect postage has been paid or any order we regard as suspicious in any way.
  • The buyer has the right to cancel the order within 7 days. If goods have been dispatched, the buyer will need to return the goods at their own expense via a signed for method to receive a refund of the original amount paid. Goods must be in exact packaging and unused or unworn. Cake decorations are a non-returnable item, if returned a refund will not be madeand goods will be returned to you or destroyed. We will not refund any outbound postage costs incurred in this instance.
  • We only send to the Billing Address for your security. If this causes difficulties, then please ring us to discuss.
  • All photographs are a fair representation of the item(s) for sale. Colours may vary, refer to item description. Disclaimer: we are not liable for differences in colour on internet browsers or in colours of products themselves once received. We may use different suppliers at our discretion which can cause a difference in colour.
  • ORDERS will be dispatched upon receipt of full payment only. We accept the following payment methods: All main credit/debit cards, and Paypal. Pro Forma Invoices may be sent to account holders - goods will only be dispatched once correct payment received. Cheques take 7 days to clear and goods will not be sent out until such time as cheque has cleared.
  • ORDERS are normally dispatched within 1- 3 working days (Monday to Friday) unless otherwise informed. All goods should be received within 7 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays, but may take up to 28 days. An e-mail will be sent confirming dispatch of items.
  • Next Day Delivery is available for £9.50 an order. Cleared payment needs to be received before 12pm for Next Day Delivery. Please note the following:

    Please be aware if goods are paid for AFTER 1pm on a THURSDAY, they will not be delivered until the following Monday (or Tuesday if bank/public holiday preceeding). The same applies for FRIDAY. Goods paid for after 1pm on any day (Monday - Thursday) for Next Day Delivery, will not be sent out for a further 24 hours. If goods ARE required for a Saturday delivery, then the option for Next Day Delivery Fri-Sat should be chosen.

Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed Monday to Thursday by no later than 12.00pm from receipt of payment. If your order is placed beyond 12.00pm on a Thursday or all day on Friday, it will be delivered on the following Monday (if not a bank holiday). If you require a Saturday delivery please contact us before payment is made as this can be arranged at extra cost. No dispatches will take place on a bank or public holiday and goods cannot be received on those days. Couriers will do their best to ensure delivery anytime between 8am and 7pmexcluding any unforeseen delays.A signature will be required and ifthere is no-one to sign,a calling card will be left which needs to be responded to within 48 hours.You can rearrange a delivery or pick the order up from the depot.It is the customers responsibility to contact the delivery company and rearrange the delivery andThe Horror Party Shopaccept no liability for failed deliveries if the customer is not available. No postage refund will be made for failed deliveries in such circumstances.

  • SHORTAGES damages or incorrect goods should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Any shortages or damages NOT reported within 48 hours of receipt, will not be rectified. Refunds will only be given if goods have arrived damaged and need to be returned to us before refund is given. A full refund is available if goods are returned within 7 working days, unused and in exact packing. We only refund once goods are received back to our office in good condition, therefore you will need to use a trackable service for this. Proof of Posting is NOT a trackable method. Return cost of postage to be paid by customer. Cake Decorations are a non-returnable item and if any are returned they will be sent back or destroyed if we have not heard from the buyer within 30 days.
  • ORDERS not received. Please check the method of delivery of your order. If sent via Royal Mail, goods will not be left if you are out at time of delivery. You need to check with your local delivery office. We are not responsible for doing this - it is the customers responsibility if you are out when the delivery is attempted. Signature may be required. If sent via a courier, signature will be required. Please ensure your address details are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for goods not delivered on time if there is a discrepancy in your address details. If goods are returned we will invoice customer for further delivery charges. Please contact us for trackable information pertaining to your goods

  • ENVIRONMENTAL Policy: We reuse/recycle all cardboard boxes and plastic packaging where we can. Unfortunately it is necessary to pack products well for transit purposes. Please ensure all products are recycled where possible
